View Pearl – Late scratching at 1:47pm under GAR 37(4) on the advice of the On–Track Veterinarian after the greyhound was found to be infested with fleas.  Stewards will require a veterinary certificate of clearance stating the condition no longer exists before any future nomination will be accepted. 

Galloping Suzy – New declared weight of 27.3kg, last raced at 28.4kg.

Galloping Suzy was quick to begin. Another Schooner and Bowler's Name were slow to begin and collided soon after the start, checking Another Schooner. Starlight Blaze, Asofa Solomona and Secret Key collided on the first turn checking Asofa Solomon and Secret Key. Asofa Solomona checked off Serctet Key approaching the home turn. Another Schooner and Asofa Solomona collided on the home turn. Starlight Blaze crossed in and checked off Mt. View Road in the home straight. 

Another Schooner underwent a post-race veterinary examination after falling in the catching pen. Another Schooner was found to have a right hip muscle injury and abrasions on the right hindleg. A 5 day stand down period was imposed.

Yak Yak Mack was quick to beign. Mt. View Burner went up with the lids at box rise and was very slow to begin (4 lengths). Crystal Edition and Reality Who collided on the first turn checking Crystal Edition and Vaughn. Crystal Editon checked off Reality Who on the first turn. 

Military Girl and Miers were quick to begin. Military Girl and Mires collided on the first turn, checking Military Girl which contacted the running rail and lost ground.

Run Fast Spirit underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a right radius/ ulna fracture. Run Fast Spirit was humanely euthanised. 

Love To Deed underwent a post-race veterinary examination at the request of the trainer and was found to have abrasions on the left thigh and left fore toe. A 3 day stand down period was imposed.
