Steward's Report
A pre-race sample was taken from Very Elegant.
Very Elegant and Joyous Promise were quick to begin. Feel The Rhythm was slow to begin.
Riverdale Tifany checked off Gintoki Bale soon after the start. Joyous Promise and Very Elegant collided soon after the start. Mega Heist checked off Junior approaching the first turn. Sadiki Bale crossed to the outside on the first turn severely checking Feel The Rhythm which fell. Gintoki Bale and Very Elegant collided entering the home straight.
Feel The Rhythm underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a left foreleg dislocated toe and a left hindleg quadriceps muscle injury. A 28 day stand down period was imposed.
