A pre-race sample was taken from Aunt Finnie.
Westar Misty checked off Indy's Happy soon after the start. Little Bertha faltered on the first turn and tailed off as a result.
Little bertha underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a right hindleg back muscle injury. A 60 day stand down period was imposed.
