Steward's Report
Stacey Bott – Late scratching at 10.35am as Trainer Mr L Booth informed Stewards that he had a vehicle breakdown. In accordance with GAR 31, a 28 day stand down period was imposed due to the non–arrival. Stewards advised Mr L Booth that evidence of the breakdown will need to be submitted to the satisfaction of Stewards within 48 hours. The matter will be re–evaluated upon receipt of that evidence.
Impending was quick to begin.
Halwes and Secret Chimp collided soon after the start checking both greyhounds. Infinite Will raced wide on the first turn causing Lawson Drive, Digitorum, Majestic Way and Halwes to race wide. Secret Chimp and Digitorum collided approaching the second turn checking Digitorum. Majestic Way checked off Digitorum on the second turn. Infinite Will and Secret Chimp collided on the third turn checking Infinite Will. Digitorum and Lawson Drive collided on the third turn checking Digitorum. Majestic Way and Digitorum collided entering the home straight. Infinite Will and Majestic Way collided in the home straight.
