All staff and participants attending the race meeting wore face masks at all times when inside the kennel block and associated buildings, and when engaged in the exclusive race day functions of boxing, starting, and catching greyhounds.

Fine Edition underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a right foreleg radius/ulna fracture.  Fine Edition was humanely euthanased.

Battling Baz, Little Spriggy and Don't Forget Kev collided approaching the first turn, checking Little Spriggy.  Nancy Baker checked off Rocky Strike on the home turn.

Big Leigh which trailled the field throughout the event. underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have left foreleg monkey and shoulder muscle injuries.  A 14 day stand down period was imposed.

An out of competition sample was taken from Cawbourne Move on Wednesday, 16 June 2021 pursuant to GAR 79A.

A pre-race sample was taken from Black Strat.

Sir Julian, Ima Maldini and Saint Destructor collided soon after the start; checking Sir Julian, Ima Maldini and Black Strat.  Cawbourne Move brushed the running rail on the first turn.  Over Load contacted the running rail in the home straight.
