Lulu Osti was quick to begin. Banjo Edition and Little Kevin were slow to begin. Victory Mia and Mt. View Shark collided soon after the start. Victory Mia crossed to the rails approaching the first turn checking Mt. View Entry. Little Kevin checked off Mt. View Shark approaching the first turn and collided with Mt. View Pearl. Victory Mia checked off Lulu Osti on the first turn and collided with Mt. View Shark. Little Kevin and Mt. View Pearl collided on the first turn. Banjo Edition checked off Little Kevin approaching the home turn. Banjo Edition checked off Mt. View Pearl approaching the home turn and raced wide. Victory Mia and Mt. View Shark collided entering the home straight, checking Victory Mia and Mt. View Pearl. Little Kevin and Mt. View Pearl collided approaching the winning post. Lulu Osti and Mt. View Shark collided approaching the winning post checking Lulu Osti. 

Jackie Speedy was quick to begin. Chesty La Rue shifted in soon after the start checking Mt. View Bee and Mt. View Mon and severely checking Highway Man. Mt. View Burner and Mt. View Moon collided approaching the first turn checking Mt. View Moon. Classy Edition and Jackie Speedy collided on the first turn severely checking Classy Edition and Jackie Speedy; Jackie Speedy lost considerable ground checking Mt. View Bee as a result. Chesty La Rue turned it's head inward and visibly eased on the first turn and again several times approaching the home turn. Mt. View Burner and Chesty La Rue collided on the home turn and again entering the home straight, checking Mt. View Burner. 

Mt. View Bee underwent a post-race veterinary examination following a fall after the winning post and was found to have a left adductor (groin) injury. A 10 day stand down period was imposed. 

Chesty La Rue underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a right monkey muscle injury. A 10 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards spoke to representative, Mr Danny Cortese regarding the greyhound's racing manners on the first turn. Acting under the provisions of GAR 69B (1), Chesty La Rue was charged with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment (by reason of injury).  Mr Cortese pleaded guilty to the charge; Chesty La Rue was found guilty and must perform a Satisfactory Trial  in accordance with GAR 69B (1) and pursuant to GAR 72, before any future nomination will be accepted.

The start of this event was delayed by approximately one and a half minutes to hold for Tokyo City Keiba Gallops. 

Yussuf Bale, Between Jobs and Harden were slow to begin. Lunar Halo, Cash No Credit and Saw Blaze collided soon after the start checking Cash No Credit. Jafar Bale crossed to the rails approaching the first turn checking Lunar Halo and Saw Blaze. Lunar Halo and Between Jobs collided on the first turn. Cash No Credit and Saw Blaze collided on the first turn. Lunar Halo checked off Between Jobs approaching the second turn. Harden raced wide approaching the second turn. 

Lunar Halo underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a right monkey muscle injury. A 10 day stand down period was imposed. 

Akina Bear and Blue Tick Erin were slow to begin. Akina Bear and Mighty Tuscany collided on the first turn. Witchie's Gas galloped on Big Tango on the first turn checking Blue Tick Erin and Mt. View Sassy and severely checking Big Tango and Witchie's Gas. Akina Bear and Mighty Tuscany collided approaching the home turn. 

Violation was quick to begin. Why Not Rose, Little Rage and Midnight Storm collided on the first turn checking Little Rage. Banjo Glitter and Violation collided on the first turn causing Why Not Rose to check off Banjo Glitter, checking Why Not Dot and Midnight Storm. Why Not Rose and Why Not Dot collided entering the home straight. 

Koh Lipe and Line Trike collided soon after the start. Spritely Star checked off Koh Lipe on the first turn checking Line Trike. Line Trike and Heidi Intention collided approaching the home turn.

Supplementary Report 13 April 2021: Trainer, Mr Jason Caley, notified Stewards that Heidi Intention was found to have a left foreleg flexor tendon injury.

Black Mintie was slow to begin. Rosta Power and Mountain Goat collided on the first turn severely checking Rosta Power. Knuckles, Inter Lana and Akina Cosmo collided entering the home straight checking Knuckles and Inter Lana. 

Rosta Power underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a left monkey muscle injury. A 7 days stand down period was imposed. 

Patches Colour was quick to begin. Romeo Lad was slow to begin. Dundee Prince clipped the heels of Calabrese Gino on the first turn. Patches Colour and Calabrese Gino collided on the first turn. Akina Ivy, Dundee Prince and Romeo Lad collided approaching the second turn. 

Hard At It was slow to begin. Mt. View Ginger crossed to the rails soon after the start causing Mario Bale, Retro Reece and Gizmo Osti to collide, checking Mario Bale, Retro Reece and Hard At It. Heaven's Tower and Mt. View Ginger collided on the first turn. Mario Bale and Retro Reece collided on the first turn checking Retro Reece. Retro Reece raced wide on the home turn.
