My Mate Percy and Kraken Shines were slow to begin. Kraken Shines and Media Tycoon collided soon after the start. Kraken Shines, United Causeway and Kid Famechon collided on the first turn checking United Causeway. Emma Lou Fozz and Arie's Jewel collided on the first turn checking Emma Lou Fozz. Dr. Timothy and Zerambo were slow to begin. Senor Ozzie, Boolite Bruiser and Acola Jade collided on the first turn. Three Card Trick and Dr. Timothy collided on the first turn checking Three Card Trick. Zerambo galloped on the heels of Dr. Timothy entering the back straight. Carrara Lad was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injury to the right wrist. A stand down period of 10 days was imposed.

Ashton the trainer of the greyhound Carrara Lad.  Acting under GAR 69(1) stewards charged Carrara Lad with marring and suspended the greyhound for 28 days at Bendigo and directed that the greyhound perform a Satisfactory Trial (all tracks), pursuant to GAR 69(2)(a) before any future nomination will be accepted.

Boolite Tequila and Angle collided entering the back straight checking Angle. Boolite Tequila, Cosmic Quest and Angle collided approaching the second turn. Zipping Dexter and It's Lovey collided approaching the home turn.

Mr. S. Vantaarling handler of Mighty Hulk re-declared a new weight of 31 kg for the greyhound in accordance with GAR 39(2). Mighty Hulk last raced at 32.6 kg.

Ice Contractor, Groover Groover, Immortal Bear and Buffy's Joe were slow to begin. Immortal Bear, Dr. Kiaralee and Buddy Good Boy collided approaching the first turn checking Immortal Bear. Mighty Hulk and Groover Groover collided on the first turn checking Groover Groover and Buffy's Joe. Buffy's Joe and Groover Groover collided approaching the home turn. Mr. J. Kruisselbrink trainer of Contrive  redeclared a new weight of 32.7 kg for the greyhound in accordance with GAR 39(2). Contrive last raced at 31.2 kg.

Whirly Drill was slow to begin. Kian's Theory went up with the lids at box rise and was slow to begin. Black Japika werre very slow to begin 2 lengths. Sanz Gold and Contrive collided approaching the first turn. Kian's Theory, Derby Lee and Contrive on the first turn checking Derby Lee and Black Japika. Kian's Theory and Contrive collided approaching the home turn. Sanz Gold and Hook Him In collided approaching the home turn, checking Sanz Gold. Derby Lee and Black Japika collided on the home turn. Sanz Gold tired over the concluding stages of the event.

Sanz Gold was vetted following the event. It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.

            Re-Vetted Greyhound - Fear Her was presented for a re-vet at the conclusion of kennelling and was cleared to race.

Satisfactory Trial Results - Molly Jay trialled over the 425mts from box 1, weight 27.2 kg, the greyhound was placed 2nd in a field of 4. The time of the trial was 24.40, the greyhound was beaten a margin of 1.5 lengths. Molly Jay was Cleared.
