Boris Bekim and Airbound were slow to begin.
Airbound stumbled soon after the start. Elite Circle and Lewis Fields collided on the first turn checking both greyhounds. Boris Bekim and Lewis Fields collided approaching the home turn. Boris Bekim checked off Elite Circle approaching the home turn checking Lewis Fields.
Lewis Fields was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injury to the left shoulder. A 10 day stand down period was imposed.
