Allen Gizmo, Allen Barry and Dyna Dieter collided soon after the start checking Dyna Dieter and Allen Barry. Tiggerlong Chief crossed to the rail on the first turn checking Dyna Dieter. Mepunga Locky and Allen Barry collided approaching the home turn. Velocemente and Tiggerlong Chief collided on the home turn checking both greyhounds.
Dyna Dieter was vetted following the event. It was reported that there was no apparent injury.
