Dyna Rapidash and We're Hopeful were slow to begin.
Santa's Serena, Wyburn Token and Donni Danger collided soon after the start checking Wynburn Token. Super Leggera and Takos Princess collided on the first turn checking Super Leggera, Santa's Serena and Wynburn Token. Santa's Serena and Wynburn Token collided approaching the home turn checking Wynburn Token. Takos Princess checked off Dyna Rapidash on the home straight.
Takos Princess was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained a laceration to the left hind. A 10 day stand down period was imposed.
