Steward's Report
The traditional 2-wave (odds then evens) boxing process has been re-instated for all races in Victoria from Tuesday 10 November 2020. Handlers are required to exit the area after boxing and maintain their 1.5m distance from other handlers and staff at all times.
All persons (both Staff & Participants) attending today, undertook successful health screenings and wore face masks that in-turn, permitted entry to the venue for exclusive race-day functions and operations.

Dr. Vivian crossed out soon after the start checking Dr. Vivian, Nine Wine Wine, Write About Her and Fab Rocket. Write About Her and Dr. Vivian collided approaching the first turn checking Dr. Vivian. Dr. Vivian, Maggie Osti and Dr. Francisco collided on the first turn checking all three greyhounds. Write About Her crossed to the outside approaching the home turn.
Write About Her underwent a post-race veterinary examination - no apparent injury was reported.
Stewards spoke to Mr. Kyle Brooks regarding the racing manners of Write About Her approaching the home turn. After hearing evidence from Mr. Brooks, viewing all the available race footage and acting on their observations, a warning was issued regarding the greyhound’s racing manners.
