Rajah was quick to begin and stumbled soon after the start.  Don't Know Jake checked off Dundee Astra approaching the first turn.  Dundee Astra and Rajah collided on the first turn checking Rajah, Mt. View Ginger and Don't Know Jake.  

Carnivore was quick to begin.  Mt. View Entry was slow to begin.

Aqua Vite and Crystal Edition collided approaching the first turn checking Crystal Edition.  Mt. View Entry checked off Crystal Edition approaching the first turn.  Aqua Vite checked off Carnivore on the first turn.  Midnight Pompeii checked off Aqua Vite on the first turn.  Mt. View Burner and Carnivore collided on the first turn severely checking Carnivore and Honey's Destiny; causing Carnivore to fall.

Carnivore underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have bruising to the right shoulder and a right hamstrings injury.  A 7 day stand down period was imposed.

Take A Daisy underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have injuries to the left deltoid muscle and the left groin.  A 10 day stand down period was imposed.
