Steward's Report
A pre-race sample was taken from Magic Voyage.
Flying Flash was slow to begin. Even Keats and Run To You collided soon after the start. Flying Flash crossed out and marred Jayville Tahlia approaching the home turn and again on the home turn. Magic Voyage was checked off Even Keats approaching the home turn checking Run To You.
Flying Flash underwent a post race veterinary examination and no apparent injury was reported.
Stewards spoke to Mr. T. Erenshaw the trainer of Flying Flash regarding the greyhound's racing manners approaching the home turn and on the home turn. Acting under the provisions of GAR 69(1) Flying Flash was charged with marring. Mr. Erenshaw pleaded guilty to the charge, Flying Flash is suspended for 28 days at Sale and must perform a satisfactory trial (all tracks) pursuant to GAR 69 (2)(a) before any future nomination will be accepted.
