Steward's Report
Gokart Jiggs - New declared weight of 33.0kg, last raced at 31.7kg.
Inter Joe was quick to begin. Big Baccala and Sultan Bale were slow to begin. Gokart Jiggs faltered on the first turn checking Banjo Plato, Big Baccala and Sultan Bale, Gocart Jiggs subsequently tailed off as a result. Banjo Plato was checked off Architecture on the first turn. Big Plans and Architecture collided on the first turn. Big Baccala and Sultan Bale collided approaching the home turn.
Gocart Jiggs underwent a post race veterinary examination and was found to have an injured right monkey muscle, left and right flexor tendon and left hip. A 21 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards will require a veterinary certificate before any future nomination will be accepted pursuant to GAR 20(3)(v).
