Alfie Mikado was slow to begin. Shaun John and Zoe's Intention collided soon after the start. Shaun John, Take A Daisy and Knuckles collided on the first turn severely checking Take A Daisy; Zoe's Intention was checked as a result. Why Not Kez crossed in on the first turn checking Knuckles and My Girl Mel. Zoe's Intention and Take A Daisy collided on the home turn. Sideshow Marjen checked off Why Not Kez on the home turn. Sideshow Marjen shifted in in the home straight and collided with Knuckles and My Girl Mel. Knuckles and My Girl Mel collided approaching the winning post.
