Due to Government Social Distancing Laws under COVID-19 and acting in accordance with GAR 51 (10), the Stewards have directed that the boxing process in Victoria will revert to and continue under the 4-wave model being 1 & 5 boxed first, followed by 3 & 7, followed by 2 & 6, followed by 4 & 8.  Handlers are required to exit the area after boxing and maintain their 1.5m distance from other handlers and staff at all times.

All persons (both Staff & Participants) attending today, undertook successful health screenings and wore facemasks/covers that in-turn, permitted entry to the venue for exclusive race-day functions and operations.

Kalkari and Northrop Tiger collided approaching the home turn checking Northrop Tiger. Amazing Roy and Northrop Tiger collided on the home turn. Witchie's Gas checked off Black Garnet on the home turn.

Cooped Up was slow to begin.

Walk With Grace, Mighty Tuscany, Marleese Bale and Amy's Alone collided soon after the start checking Mighty Tuscany, Marleese Bale and Amy's Alone. Amy's Alone and Cooped Up collided on the first turn checking Amy's Alone. Send It Tucker and Mighty Tuscany collided several times in the home straight causing them to race wide. 

Marleese Bale underwent a post-race veterinary examination - no apparent injury was reported. 

Capital Kay and Hook Along Pippa were slow to begin.

My Bro Lucky galloped on Blue Tick Erin approaching the home turn severely checking Blue Tick Erin. New York Diva and Capital Kay collided several times in the home straight. 

Blue Tick Erin underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a laceration to the left hind foot. A 10 day stand down period was imposed.

Casanova Man and Rev The Jockey collided approaching the first turn. Star Gem checked off Coco Chum approaching the first turn checking Fidelia. September Dream checked off Casanova Man on the first turn. Rev The Jockey and Star Gem collided approaching the home turn.

Aquileia went up with the lids and was slow to begin.

Princess America checked off Pacific Coast soon after the start. Bag Of Tricks and Princess America collided on the first turn checking Aquileia, severely checking Princess America which fell as a result. Knuckles and Aston Cabernet collided on the home turn.

Princess America underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a right deltoid injury. A 5 day stand down period was imposed.

Metro Boomin', Galloping Occy and Go The Doves were slow to begin.

Jugungal Black underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have injuries to the right back muscle and the right triangle. A 28 day stand down period was imposed. 

Michael Carlstrom was issued with a warning after the greyhound Jugungal Black was negligently (GAR 86(o)) placed in the incorrect box.

Yelredda Saint - Late scratching at 10.45am due to weight variation (GAR 39). A 10 day stand down period was imposed. Trainer Jeanette Imlach was fined $100.

Lady Bang Bang was quick to begin.

Zoe's Intention and Love A Talk collided on the first turn. Side Splitting, Zoro Bale, Love A Talk and Matilda Mikado collided on the second turn checking Zoro Bale and Matilda Mikado, severely checking Side Splitting and Love A Talk. According and Lady Bang Bang collided on the third turn. 

Love A Talk underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a right hock injury. A 14 day stand down period was imposed.
