All staff and participants attending the race meeting wore face masks at all times when inside the kennel block and associated buildings, and when engaged in the exclusive race day functions of boxing and catching greyhounds.

Devon Lass and Wheelin' In were slow to begin.

Zipping Celeste, Dr. Wade and Nova's Way collided soon after the start checking Dr. Wade.  Nova's Way and Aston Dimple collided on the first turn checking both greyhounds.  Dr. Wade galloped on Zipping Celeste on the first turn checking Dr. Wade, Zipping Celeste, Aston Kayee and Wheelin' In.  Nova's Way checked off Aston Dimple approaching the home turn.  Zipping Celeste and Devon Lass collided in the home straight.  

Zipping Celeste underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have an injury and abrasion to the left calf muscle.  A 5 day stand down period was imposed. 

Missy's Hand, Zambora Bear and Willow Ash were slow to begin.

Zambora Bear and Willow Ash collided soon after the start.  Missy's Hand, Nifty Nelly and Zambora Bear collided approaching the first turn.  Dr. Knuckles and Papi Go Fast collided on the first turn checking Dr. Knuckles and Soda Pee Wee.  Nifty Nelly and Zambora Bear collided on the first turn.

Zipping Rafferty was quick to begin.  Zipping Pistol was slow to begin.  

Dr. Neeki, Dr. Macie and Saint Bluey collided approaching the first turn.  Thylacine brushed the running rail on the first turn.  Crowdza Back galloped on Saint Bluey on the first turn checking Saint Bluey, severely checking Crowdza Back and Zipping Pistol.  Thylacine and Dr. Neeki collided approaching the second turn checking Dr. Neeki.  Zipping Rafferty and Sir Harley collided approaching the second turn.  Dr. Neeki checked off Thylacine approaching the home turn.  Thylacine and Saint Bluey collided entering the home straight.  

Cawbourne Gout – Late scratching at 1.44pm when Mr. Glenn Campbell reported the greyhound to have a stopper injury (GAR 23). A 10 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards will require a veterinary certificate pursuant to GAR 20(3)(v) before any future nomination will be accepted.

Midget Rocks was quick to begin.

Pack Of Jokers, Slick Intention and Ever Lovin' Man collided soon after the start causing Pack Of Jokers to stumble.  Slick Intention and Aston Sunset collided on the first turn.  Pack Of Jokers and Aston Sunset collided on the first turn and again entering the back straight.  

An out of competition sample was taken from Dundee Candy on 28 June 2021 pursuant to GAR 79A.

Zipping Utah was slow to begin.

Family Trust, Dundee Candy, Retro Rocket, Lucy's Villa and Blackest Black collided soon after the start checking Family Trust, severely checking Dundee Candy, Retro Rocket and Lucy's Villa.  Dundee Candy and Lucy's Villa collided on the first turn checking Lucy's Villa which raced wide.  Retro Rocket checked off Dundee Candy on the second turn.  Family Trust race wide in the back straight.  Family Trust, Zipping Utah and Zipping Jazz collided on the third turn checking Zipping Jazz.

An out of competition sample was taken from Galloping Occy and Sunnyside Pride on 28 June 2021 pursuant to GAR 79A.

Between Jobs was slow to begin.

Atlantic Jewel crossed to the rail soon after the start and collided with Galloping Occy, checking Galloping Occy.  Sunnyside Pride and Atlantic Jewel collided approaching the second turn.  Galloping Occy raced wide entering the back straight.  Sunnyside Pride, Atlantic Jewel and Kayden's Tiger collided approaching the third turn checking Kayden's Tiger and Sunnyside Pride.  Galloping Occy checked off Kayden's Tiger approaching the home turn.  Sunnyside Pride and Between Jobs collided in the home straight.  

Kayden's Tiger underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a left triangle injury.  A 5 day stand down period was imposed.

Magnetic Steff was quick to begin.  Bit Twisted was slow to begin.

Crumb Snags and Bit twisted collided approaching the first turn.  Willow's Hand and Mow A Meadow collided approaching the first turn and again on the first turn.  Magnetic Steff and Mow A Meadow collided several times approaching the second turn checking both greyhounds.  Magnetic Steff and Mow A Meadow collided in the back straight.

Magnetic Steff underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have an injury and bruising to the left calf muscle.  A 10 day stand down period was imposed.

In accordance with LR 22 Mr. Jordan Cooper was issued with a warning regarding the non-compliance with the GRV Dress Code.

An out of competition sample was taken from Dundee Ember on 28 June 2021 pursuant to GAR 79A.

Camila was quick to begin.  Ripplebrook Glen, Dundee Ember and Punk Lass Rocks were slow to begin.

Trickster Cabang and Tekki Nibbles collided approaching the second turn.  Crackerjack Suni checked off Trickster Cabang approaching the second turn.  Trickster Cabang and Tekki Nibbles collided entering the back straight.  Dundee Ember and Crackerjack Suni raced wide in the back straight.  Punk Lass Rocks and Trickster Cabang collided on the third turn.  Ripplebrook Glen checked off Camila approaching the home turn.  Trickster Cabang and Tekki Nibbles collided on the home turn.  Trickster Cabang, Tekki Nibbles, Punk Lass Rocks and Dundee Ember collided entering the home straight.

Bean's Multi and Why Not Opal collided approaching the third turn checking Why Not Opal.  Locked And Ready checked off Allie Novak on the first turn checking Allie Novak and Free Sebon.  Allie Novak and Heidi collided approaching the home turn checking Heidi.  Free Sebon and Inuka collided approaching the home turn.  Free Sebon galloped on Inuka on the home turn checking both greyhounds.  Allie Novak and Heidi collided entering the home straight.  Locked And Ready and Heidi collided in the home straight.

Bell Park Dragon was quick to being.

Joyous Promise, Parumba Rebel and Hoffa collided soon after the start.  Bell Park Dragon and Joyous Promise collided approaching the first turn.  Whizbang Alice checked off Aston Dynasty approaching the first turn.  Aston Dynasty and Lemonade Kid collided on the first turn.  Joyous Promise and Zumi's Swagger collided entering the home straight.  

A post-race sample was taken from Hoffa - the winner of the event.

Hoffa – Stewards were satisfied with the boxing of the greyhound and removed the boxed first endorsement for future events in accordance with GAR 52. 

Stewards spoke to Mr Billy Galea, the handler of Hoffa, and reminded him of his responsibilities to follow the starters instructions when boxing his greyhound, GAR 51.

An out of competition sample was taken from Chief Sebon on 16 June 2021 pursuant to GAR 79A.

Pursuant to GAR 104 (6) Parade Steward Ms Paris Toner and Kennel Attendant Ms Maddison Toner, did not act in any official capacity that may have in any way, affected the outcome of this event.

Rave On was quick to begin.

Free Kick Hawks, Chief Sebon, Brother Griff, Jacky's Eden and McLinden collided approaching the first turn checking Free Kick Hawks.  Eilish's Dream, McLinden, Chief Sebon, Brother Griff and Jacky's Eden collided on the first turn checking Eilish's Dream.  Brother Griff and Jacky's Eden collided on the home turn and again entering the home straight checking both greyhounds.  Eilish's Dream and Free Kick Hawks collided on the home turn.  Chief Sebon and McLinden collided entering the home straight checking McLinden.

Courting was quick to begin.

Slingshot Hammer and Jeda's Girl collided soon after the start.  Lance Link and Slingshot Hammer collided approaching the first turn checking Slingshot Hammer.  Slingshot Hammer checked off Busy Bella on the first turn severely checking Why Not Pockets and Henessey Venom.  Why Not Pockets galloped on Henessey Venom approaching the home turn checking both greyhounds, both greyhounds lost ground as a result.  Lance Link and Layback Cruiser collided approaching the home turn checking Lance Link, Layback Cruiser and Busy Bella.  Lance Link and Busy Bella collided on the home turn.  Slingshot Hammer checked off Busy Bella in the home straight.
