Steward's Report
A pre-race sample was taken from Star Burner.
Magnetic Steff was quick to begin. Bit Twisted was slow to begin.
Crumb Snags and Bit twisted collided approaching the first turn. Willow's Hand and Mow A Meadow collided approaching the first turn and again on the first turn. Magnetic Steff and Mow A Meadow collided several times approaching the second turn checking both greyhounds. Magnetic Steff and Mow A Meadow collided in the back straight.
Magnetic Steff underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have an injury and bruising to the left calf muscle. A 10 day stand down period was imposed.
In accordance with LR 22 Mr. Jordan Cooper was issued with a warning regarding the non-compliance with the GRV Dress Code.
