All Inn Libby checked off Blue Chiffon approaching the first turn.  All Inn Libby checked off Abernathy on the first turn.  Olivia Twist raced wide in the home straight. 

Blue Raspberry was slow to begin.

Winslet Bale and Javen Bale collided soon after the start.  Parasite, Blue Raspberry and Javen Bale collided on the first turn checking Parasite.  Exit Sign checked off Winslet Bale entering the home straight.  Exit Sign and Winslet Bale raced wide in the home straight.

El Senor Verde and Gold Luminesce were slow to begin and collided soon after the start.  Bailey's And Milk checked off Gold Luminesce on the first turn checking El Senor Verde.  Chloe Exotic and Will's Bella collided on the home turn and again entering the home straight checking Will's Bella.

Pyrenees Pegasus and Coco Lilly collided soon after the start.  Zarate and Rich Con collided soon after the start.  Big Tango checked off Lala Grapefruit approaching the first turn.  Lonesome Star, Zarate and Big Tango collided approaching the first turn.  Big Tango checked off Zarate on the first turn.  Rich Con checked off Coco Lilly approaching the home turn.  Coco Lilly raced wide on the home turn.  Rich Con checked off Zarate in the home straight.  Pyrenees Pegasus and Rich Con collided approaching the winning post. 

This event was delayed by two minutes to allow for the removal of wildlife from the track. 

Our Girl Daisy, Spring Roll, Uniquely Mine and Way To Important were slow to begin.

Spring Roll and Way To Important collided approaching the first turn.  Uniquely Mine checked off Our Girl Daisy approaching the first turn.  Spring Roll checked off Our Rock Man on the first turn checking Way To Important and Through The Dark.  Barbados Dream checked off Valletta Sky on the first turn checking Our Girl Daisy.  Barbados Dream checked off Our Rock Man approaching the home turn.  Through The Dark and Barbados Dream collided on the home turn.  Spring Roll raced wide on the home turn and again in the home straight.  Uniquely Mine and Barbados Dream collided on the home turn.  Barbados Dream and Way To Important collided in the home straight.  

A post-race sample was taken from Valletta sky - winner of the event.

South East Queen and Bad Bailey collided soon after the start.  Adesanya checked off Pyrenees Spirit soon after the start.  Aston Elsie and Pyrenees Spirit collided on the first turn checking Pyrenees Spirit.  South East Queen and Adesanya collided on the home turn.  Bad Bailey and Precisely collided on the home turn.  

Lawson Drive was quick to begin.  Caveman Yap was slow to begin. 

Mahogany Storm checked off Indigo Indy on the first turn.  Indigo Indy checked off Big Little Sis on the first turn.  Indigo Indy checked off Big Little Sis on the second turn checking Indigo Indy and Caveman Yap.  Big Little Sis and Una Star collided in the home straight.  Indigo Indy raced wide in the home straight.  

Terka Wye – New declared weight of 34.9kg, last raced at 33.7kg.

A pre-race sample was taken from Fairytale Poppy.

Terka Wye was quick to begin.  

Trending Wave and Terka Wye collided soon after the start.  Iceni Hunter and Runing For Juddy collided soon after the start.  All Inn Toffee checked off Limburg Special approaching the first turn.  Terka Wye and Trending Wave collided approaching the home turn causing Terka Wye to fall checking Iceni Hunter.  Runing For Juddy checked off Trending Wave on the home turn.  Iceni Hunter raced wide on the home turn.  

Terka Wye underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a left latissimus dorsi/trapezius injury.  A 3 day stand down period was imposed.

Stewards was noted that the muzzle of Terka Wye became dislodged during the running of the event.

A pre-race sample was taken from Quirky Phoebe.

Coconino was quick to begin.

Rocky Strike and Berringa Blue collided soon after the start.  Nana Rose and King Brown collided on the first turn checking Nana Rose.  Urana Vieri and Nana Rose collided on the first turn.  Nana Rose checked off Urana Vieri on the home turn.  King Brown checked off Berringa Blue in the home straight.  Berringa Blue and Coconino collided in the home straight.  

Following the event Nana Rose displayed signs of Post Exercise Distress Syndrome (PEDS). As a result, the greyhound underwent a veterinary examination and was found to be displaying clinical signs of Ataxia/Hypermetria.  A 14 day stand down penalty was imposed.  Stewards spoke to Mr. Charles Farrugia, the trainer.  After hearing submissions, the Stewards acted in accordance with GAR 74 and Nana Rose must perform a Satisfactory Trial pursuant to GAR 72, plus a veterinary clearance of fitness before any future nomination will be accepted.

Ringcraft and Diamond White collided approaching the first turn.  Maggie Pie checked off Black Tess on the first turn.  Riverdale Bear and Una's Boy collided on the home turn.  Ringcraft and Maggie Pie collided on the home turn checking both greyhounds.

Crackerjack Ty's was slow to begin.

Fernando's Flare and Red Hot Lady collided on the first turn checking Miss Winks.  Fernando's Flare checked off Silver Destroyer on the home turn.  Fernando's Flare and Miss Winks collided in the home straight.  Miss Winks and Silver Destroyer collided in the home straight.  

Miss Winks underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a right monkey muscle injury.  A 7 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards spoke to Mr. Steven Chircop regarding the racing manners in the home straight.  After hearing evidence from Mr. Chircop, viewing all the available race footage and acting on their observations, a warning was issued regarding the greyhound’s racing manners.
