Crackerjack Fish – Late scratching at 2.21pm when Mr. Jordan Cooper reported the greyhound to have an injury (GAR 23). A 10 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards will require a veterinary certificate pursuant to GAR 20(3)(v) before any future nomination will be accepted.
Pair Of Nines was slow to begin.
Sweet As Emm, Pair Of Nines and Capture Bart collided on the first turn checking Pair Of Nines. Invictus Waive faltered in the back straight lost ground and subsequently tailed off.
Invictus Waive underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a right back muscle injury. A 60 day stand down period was imposed.
Mr. David Burnett failed to appear at the kennels by the appointed time to retrieve and prepare Capture Bart for racing. A warning was issued pursuant to GAR 46 (2).
