Steward's Report
Crumb Snags and Top Right were slow to begin.
Flying Bella and Falconetti collided approaching the first turn. Langfield Bale checked off Legasov Bale on the first turn. Langfield Bale and Legasov Bale collided in the home straight.
Langfield Bale which performed below market expectations underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a lumbo-sacral injury. A 7 day stand down period was imposed.
Stewards spoke to Mr M. Delbridge regarding the racing manners of Langfield Bale in the home straight. After hearing evidence from Mr Delbridge, viewing all the available race footage and acting on their observations, a warning was issued regarding the greyhound’s racing manners.
