He Shall Rodger, Zipping Django, Aston Cabernet and Jet Lee Rose collided soon after the start checking He Shall Rodger, Zipping Django and Aston Cabernet. He Shall Rodger galloped on Beers On Brody on the first turn checking He Shall Rodger And severely checking Beers On Brody. Hurricane Keely was checked off Zipping Django on the home turn.
Beers On Brody underwent a post race veterinary examination and was found to have a spike wound on the right calf. A 3 day stand down period was imposed.
