Rezzie's Shout checked off Rostered Off approaching the first turn. Mahogany Storm, Lethal Image and Rezzie's Shout collided on the first turn, checking Mahogany Storm. Robin's Choice raced wide approaching the home turn. Mahogany Storm checked off Rezzie's Shout on the home turn. Rezzie's Shout checked off Lethal Image in the home straight. Robin's Choice tired over the concluding stages.
Robin's Choice underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have right foreleg stopper bone soreness. A three day stand down period was imposed.
