An out of competition sample was taken from Tornado Tears on 23 November, pursuant to GAR 79A.
Tornado Tears and Wallbanger were slow to begin. Blazing Cartier and Wallbanger collided on the first turn. Wallbanger fell as a result. Whodat Opal and Mepunga Isla collided entering the front straight. Whodat Opal and Mepunga Isla collided several times approaching the winning post.
Tornado Tears was vetted following the event. It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.
Wallbanger was vetted following the event. It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.
