Two Phones was quick to begin. Bit Twisted and Dr. Cassia were slow to begin. Dr. Francisco and Extra Hot Emily collided approaching the first turn. Liberty Royal and Freddie Cruiser collided approaching the first turn checking both greyhounds. Bit Twisted and Dr. Cassia collided on the first turn checking both greyhounds. Extra Hot Emily was checked off Dr. Francisco on the first turn. Liberty Royal and Freddie Cruiser collided on the home turn checking Liberty Royal.
Bit Twisted underwent a post race veterinary examination and was found to have an abrasion on the right hind leg. A 5 day stand down period was imposed.
