Steward's Report
Way To Important – Late scratching at 6.20am when trainer, Mr Derek Faulknall reported the greyhound to have an illness (GAR 23). A 10 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards will require a veterinary certificate pursuant to GAR 20(3)(v) before any future nomination will be accepted.
A pre-race sample was taken from Barellen Rocket.
Chebika Oasis checked off Kody Talks at the 250m mark. Ishmy Barry and Kody Talks collided at the 100m mark.
Havelock Keith underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was re-examined following race 10. Havelock Keith was found to have an injury to the right pencil muscle. A 10 day stand down period was imposed.
