Pop's Cool Lady crossed to the outside approaching the first turn checking Gambo Gracie and Teena's Chisel. Highfield Roco, Royal Dilema and Pop's Cool Lady collided on the first turn checking Royal Dilema, Pop's Cool Lady and Gambo Gracie. Pop's Cool Lady raced wide entering the home straight. Freckle's Way cramped in the home straight.

Freckle's Way was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained muscle cramps in the hind legs, no stand down period was imposed.

Stewards spoke to Mr. W. Methven, the trainer of the greyhound Freckle's Way.  Acting in accordance with GAR 71 (Cramp), Stewards directed that the greyhound must perform a Satisfactory Trial before any future nomination will be accepted.

Diane's Lass and Dark Nape were quick to begin. Charlie Image and My Mate Joey were slow to begin. My Spectacular and Fiano collided soon after the start. Dark Nape and My Spectacular collided on the first turn checking All Inn Lily, Dark Nape, My Mate Joey and Fiano. Fiano checked off Dark Nape approaching the home turn. Dark Nape checked off All Inn Lily entering the home straight. My Mate Joey and Fiano collided entering the home straight.

Julie Fozz was quick to begin. El Campeon and Stealthy Blonde were slow to begin and collided soon after the start. El Campeon checked off Kraken Concord approaching the first turn. Julie Fozz checked off Kraken Concord approaching the first turn. El Campeon and Stealthy Blonde collided approaching the home turn severely checking both greyhounds. Why Not Rowan and Bekim Goddess collided approaching the home turn checking Why Not Rowan.

Ultimate Refund, Jamo Connection and All Inn Trouble collided soon after the start checking Jamo Connection. Where's Mambo and Diamond Hustler collided on the first turn. Ultimate Refund checked off Arrow Head approaching the home turn. Ultimate Refund raced wide in the home straight.

Fredwyn was slow to begin. Gitcha Rich and Ima Hot Fox collided soon after the start, Gitcha Rich stumbled as a result. Fredwyn and Tommy Reg collided soon after the start. Uno Blue and My Name's Debbie collided approaching the first turn checking Uno Blue. Gitcha Rich galloped on the heels of Uno Blue on the first turn. Fredwyn and Tommy Reg collided approaching the home turn. Uno Blue eased entering the home straight. Gitcha Rich checked off Fredwyn in the home straight.

Stewards spoke to Mr P Bull, the handler of the greyhound Uno Blue.  Uno Blue was vetted  following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained abrasions to the hock, no stand down period was imposed.  Acting under GAR 69(B)(1), the stewards charged Uno Blue with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment (by reason of injury) and directed that the greyhound perform a Satisfactory Trial (all tracks) pursuant to GAR 69(B)(1)(a),  before any future nomination will be accepted.

Uriah's Thunder, Home You Go and Carlanna Coyote were slow to begin. Snoopstar and Two For Twelve collided approaching the first turn. Jaimandy Eily and Snoopstar collided on the first turn checking both greyhounds. Home You Go and Carlanna Coyote collided approaching the home turn and again on the home turn checking Carlanna Coyote.

Matty Moose crossed to the rail approaching the first turn checking Oriental Outlaw and Creative Kiss. Matty Moose and Quintella collided on the first turn checking Quintella and Silent Alarm. Creative Kiss and Oriental Outlaw collided approaching the home turn checking Oriental Outlaw. Quintella and Creative Kiss raced wide in the home straight.

Aunty Cathy was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained a torn right front dew claw, a 7 day stand down period was imposed.

MEETING COMMENTS

Satisfactory Trial Results - McNutso trialled over the 450 from box 8, weight 26.3kg, the greyhound was placed 1st  in a field of 4. The time of the trial was 26.48, the greyhound won by a margin of .5 length. McNutso was not cleared.

Satisfactory Trial Results - Touch Of Irish trialled over the 390 from box 8, weight 26.7, the greyhound pulled up soon after the start. The time of the trial was 22.72, . Touch Of Irish  was not cleared.
