Steward's Report
Pursuant to GAR 104 (6)Parade, Ms Ally Delaney did not act in any official capacity that may have in any way, affected the outcome of this event.
The Stewards discussed the frequency of racing for Nadia Bale with Mrs Tammy Kennedy- Harris and noted her comments.
Scorching Sun and Bangor Lizzy collided soon after the start. Luxury Rocks and Nadia Bale collided on the first turn. Scorching Sun and Bangor Lizzy collided on the first turn. Cosmic Roy and Too Be Sure collided on the first turn. Cosmic Roy checked off Too Be Sure on the first turn. Luxury Rocks and Nadia Bale collided approaching the home turn checking Nadia Bale. Captain Cruiser crossed out on the home turn. Our Blue Spolly visibly eased and turned it's head outwards entering the home straight.
Nadia Bale underwent a post-race veterinary examination - no apparent injury was reported.
Our Blue Spolly underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have no apparent injury. Stewards spoke to Mr. Steven Spoljaric, the trainer of Our Blue Spolly regarding the greyhound's racing manners entering the hoome straight. Acting under the provisions of GAR 69A(1) Our Blue Spolly was charged with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment. Mr. Spoljaric pleaded guilty to the charge, Our Blue Spolly was found guilty and suspended for 3 months all tracks and must perform a Satisfactory Trial in accordance with GAR 69A (2) and pursuant to GAR 72, before any future nomination will be accepted.
