Steward's Report
Due to Government Social Distancing Laws under COVID-19 and acting in accordance with GAR 51 (10), the Stewards have directed that the boxing process in Victoria will continue under the 4-wave model being 1 & 5 boxed first, followed by 3 & 7, followed by 2 & 6, followed by 4 & 8. Handlers are required to exit the area after boxing and maintain their 1.5m distance from other handlers and staff at all times.
All persons (both Staff & Participants) attending today, undertook successful health screenings and wore facemasks that in-turn, permitted entry to the venue for exclusive race-day functions and operations.

Pearl's Entity was quick to begin. Rip Off Roslyn was slow to begin. Ever Lovin' Man checked off Pearl's Entity approaching the first turn. Lakeview Cruiser, Hubcap Thief and Ando's Jasper collided approaching the first turn checking Hubcap Thief. Lakeview Cruiser, Ando's Jasper and Rip Off Roslyn collided on the first turn checking Ando's Jasper, Rip Off Roslyn and Hubcap Thief. Lakeview Cruiser checked off Ever Lovin' Man approaching the home turn. Dr. Serenity crossed out on the home turn checking Hubcap Thief. Pearl's Entity and Ever Lovin' Man collided on the home turn checking Ever Lovin' Man. Lakeview Cruiser crossed in entering the home straight and collided with Ever Lovin' Man.
Stewards spoke to Mr. Gary Joske, representative of Ever Lovin' Man regarding the greyhound's racing manners on the home turn. After viewing all available footage Stewards noted Mr. Joske comments and took no further action.
A post-race sample was taken from Lakeview Cruiser - the winner of the event.
