Steward's Report
Princess Sparkle was quick to begin. On The Duck and Zumi's Swagger were slow to begin.
Flirty Talks and Miss Demonica collided soon after the start checking Miss Demonica. Zumi's Swagger checked off Moodswing Tarny soon after the start. Moodswing Tarny checked off Noaki Street approaching the first turn. Princess Sparkle and Noaki Strret collided on the first turn checking both greyhounds. Flirty Talks and Miss Demonica collided approaching the home turn.
Flirty Talks underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a right carpal sprain. A 5 day stand down period was imposed.
Stewards spoke to Mr Graeme Campbell, the trainer of Flirty Talks and issued a warning regarding the greyhounds racing manners in the back straight.
In accordance with LR 22 the representative of Miss Demonica Mr Mark Giddings was issued with a warning regarding his non-compliance with the GRV Dress Code.
