Clan McMillan, Mess, Who's Spolly and Black Hog Ride collided on the first turn checking Clan McMillan severely checking Mess and Who's Spolly; Who's Spolly fell as a result. Mr. Condon pleaded guilty to the charge, Warm Beer is suspended for 28 days at Sale and must perform a Satisfactory Trial (all tracks), pursuant to GAR 69(2)(a) before any future nomination will be accepted.
