Steward's Report
A pre-race sample was taken from Pair Of Nines.
Don't Change and Pair Of Nines collided soon after the start checking Don't Change. Take The Lead and Run From Reality collided in the front straight. Take The Lead, Sailing Shoes, Rockstar Quinn and Valletta Sky collided on the first turn severely checking Valletta Sky which lost ground as a result. Sailing Shoes checked off Take The Lead on the second turn. Pair Of Nines shifted out and collided with Don't Change approaching the winning post.
Don't Change underwent a post-race veterinary examination no apparent injury was reported. Stewards spoke to Mr Jason Thompson, the trainer of Don't Change and issued a warning regarding the greyhound's racing manners approaching the winning post.
