Steward's Report
He's A Natural was slow to begin.
Scott Confusion checked off Pull Shot on the first turn checking He's A Natural and Wolfie's Swagger. Wolfie's Swagger turned his head and visibly eased on the home turn severely checking Mystic Moon.
Wolfie's Swagger underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a thoraco - lumbar injury, a 7 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards spoke to representative, Ms T. Kennedy Harris, regarding the greyhounds racing manners on the home turn. Acting under the provisions of GAR 69(B)(1), Wolfie's Swagger was charged with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment (by reason of injury). Ms Kennedy Harris pleaded not guilty to the charge, Wolfie's Swagger was found guilty and must perform a Satisfactory Trial (all tracks) pursuant to GAR 69(B)(1)(a) before any future nomination will be accepted.
