Steward's Report
Terka Wye and Piper's Unicorn were quick to begin. Silent Oscar and Spyro The Dragon were slow to begin.
Windburn and Silent Oscar collided approaching the first turn checking Windburn. Silent Oscar and Spyro The Dragon raced wide on the home turn.
A post-race sample was taken from Piper's Unicorn - the winner of the event.
Piper's Unicorn underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a spike wound to the left and right toes. A 3 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards spoke to Mr T Boehmke, the trainer of Piper's Unicorn and issued a warning regarding the greyhounds racing manners approaching the winning post.
