Madam Duggie – Late scratching at 2:35 PM when Mr B. Merton reported the greyhound to have cut to the left front pad (GAR 23). A 10 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards will require a veterinary certificate before any future nomination will be accepted. Stewards spoke to Mr Merton regarding the circumstances regarding the late scratching, Stewards noted Mr Mertons explination and have requested the Mr Merton provide evidence of the injury. 

Tat Nuggie, Kelli Pochette and Nimble Rebel collided on the first turn checking Nimble Rebel which collided with Pyrenees Classic and Tat Nuggie collided with Saint Ray which caused Tat Nuggie and Saint Ray to race wide. Nimble Rebel and Tat Nuggie collided entering the home straight checking Pyrenees Classic which then collided with Saint Ray. Saint Ray and Pyrenees Classic collided in the home straight.

New For One underwent a post-race veterinary examination was found to have a left hind toe injury. A 14 day stand down period was imposed.
