Steward's Report
A pre-race sample was taken from Cut Snake.
Tex Kingdom and Maximum Tiff were quick to begin.
Maximum Tiff eased approaching the first turn checking Camo Rex, Ha Ha Gotcha and Maximum Tiff.
Maximum Tiff underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have an injury to the right back muscle. A 10 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards spoke to Mr D. Basile the trainer, regarding the greyhounds racing manners approaching the first turn. Acting under the provisions of GAR 69(B)(1), Maximum Tiff was charged with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment (by reason of injury). Mr Basile pleaded guilty to the charge, Maximum Tiff must perform a Satisfactory Trial (all tracks) pursuant to GAR 69(B)(1)(a) before any future nomination will be accepted.
