Titanium Teeghan and Maddox Bale were slow to begin. Busted was very slow to begin - 3 lengths.

Filorga Bale and All Inn Jason collided on the first turn checking All Inn Jason. All Inn Jason brushed the running rail approaching the home turn. Hey There Patty, Maddox Bale and All Inn Jason collided on the home turn checking Maddox Bale, Cullquin Finn, Titanium Teeghan, All Inn Jason and Busted. Titanium Teeghan, Cullquin Finn and Busted raced wide entering the home straight. Busted checked off Titanium Teeghan entering the home straight. Crown Knox and Filorga Bale collided in the home straight.

All Inn Jason underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have abraded webbing on the right hindleg and a toe ligament rupture on the right hindleg. A 28 day stand down period was imposed.

Wild Brutality and Ride On collided soon after the start checking Wild Brutality. Raw Zeal and Aston Malibu collided on the first turn checking Raw Zeal. Aston Malibu checked off Ride On approaching the home turn. Aston Malibu raced wide entering the home straight. Ride On raced wide in the home straight checking Wild Brutality.

Valstrepo and Cool Rage collided soon after the start checking Cool Rage. Super Switch and More Wit collided approaching the first turn checking More Wit. Jitterbug Witch checked off Horey's Prince on the first turn checking More Wit, severely checking Super Switch and causing Valstrepo to stumble and tail off.

Valstrepo underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have an injury to the right triangle muscle. A 7 day stand down period was imposed.

Jitterbug Witch underwent a post-race veterinary examination - no apparent injury was reported. 

Super Switch underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a toe injury on the forleg. A 5 day stand down period was imposed.

Zipping Spud, Kraken Roger and Aron Allen collided approaching the first turn checking Kraken Roger, Kraken Courage and Zipping Spud. Zipping Spud checked off Kraken Courage on the first turn. Bring The Spring raced wide in the home straight. Aron Allen checked off Kraken Courage in the home straight.

Kraken Courage – Stewards were satisfied with the boxing of the greyhound tonight and removed the boxed first endorsement for future events in accordance with GAR 52. 

Trainer Mr B. Merton was issued with a warning for his conduct following the running of race 11.

Tex Kingdom and Maximum Tiff were quick to begin.

Maximum Tiff eased approaching the first turn checking Camo Rex, Ha Ha Gotcha and Maximum Tiff.

Maximum Tiff underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have an injury to the right back muscle. A 10 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards spoke to Mr D. Basile the trainer, regarding the greyhounds racing manners approaching the first turn. Acting under the provisions of GAR 69(B)(1), Maximum Tiff was charged with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment (by reason of injury).  Mr Basile pleaded guilty to the charge, Maximum Tiff must perform a Satisfactory Trial (all tracks) pursuant to GAR 69(B)(1)(a) before any future nomination will be accepted.
