She Got Fire - Late scratching at 11.44am on the advice of the On-Track Veterinarian (GAR 37) due to a right back muscle injury.  A 60 day stand down period was imposed.

Stewards spoke with Mr M. Carr, the representative for She Got Fire regarding the late scratching of the greyhound at kennelling. Mr Carr stated that he had the greyhound checked by Dr M. Bell at his property on Tuesday 17 December, 2019 and stated that Dr Bell noted that the greyhound was showing signs of minor soreness to the right gracilis muscle, however in his opinion he felt that the greyhound would not need to be scratched as the injury at the time was minor. Mr Carr also stated that over the past few days the greyhound had been free galloped and had not shown any signs of soreness or injury. He further stated that he had not noticed any problems while preparing the greyhound this morning and was unaware that the injury was present. Stewards noted the explanation and reminded Mr Carr of his responsibilities to ensure he checks his greyhounds thoroughly in future before arriving on course.
