What Feeling was slow to begin.
Crown Tuxedo, Input Girl and Driving Me Nuts collided approaching the first turn checking Input Girl and severely checking Crown Tuxedo which contacted the running rail. Alvira and Patricia Mary collided on the first turn checking Patricia Mary which collided with Princetown Boy; checking What Feeling and severely checking Princetown Boy. Driving Me Nuts shifted in in the home straight and collided with Patricia Mary.
Crown Tuxedo underwent a post-race veterinary examination - no apparent injury was reported.
Princetown Boy underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a right monkey muscle injury and a right deltoid muscle injury. A 14 day stand down period was imposed.
Driving Me Nuts underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have an eye injury and a right thigh muscle injury. A 10 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards spoke to Mr K Howat, the trainer of Driving Me Nuts, and issued a warning regarding the greyhound's racing manners in the home straight.
