Steward's Report
Burning Express - Late scratching at 10.22am due to weight variation (GAR 39). A 10 day stand down period was imposed. Trainer Mr G. Edwards was fined $100.
MEETING ABANDONED
Due to a mechanical issue with the lure, the race meeting was abandoned at 12.10pm following consultation between GRV Stewards, Track Maintenance staff and Club Manager - Ms C. O'Brien. This decision was based on the extent of the damage and to allow an appropriate timeframe to complete repairs in time for meetings to be held on Sunday, 22 September, 2019 and Monday, 23 September, 2019.
