Steward's Report
Big Barra and Levy's Banjo collided soon after the start. Kiewa Cowboy eased approaching the first turn. Bob's Malow and Camo Rex collided on the first turn checking Murrabit Sammy and Bob's Malow. Levy's Banjo and Horey's Prince collided on the home turn. Kiewa Cowboy, Big Barra and Almendra raced wide entering the home straight.
Bob's Malow underwent a post-race veterinary examination - no apparent injury was reported.

Stewards spoke to Mr W Leitch, the trainer of Keiwa Cowboy regarding the greyhounds racing manners approaching the first turn. Acting under the provisions of GAR 69(A)(1) Kiewa Cowboy was charged with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment. Mr W Leitch pleaded guilty to the charge, Keiwa Cowboy is suspended for 28 days at Shepparton and must perform a Satisfactory Trial (all tracks), pursuant to GAR 69(A)(2)(a) before any future nomination will be accepted.
