Steward's Report
Jiggly Wiggly was slow to begin. Jiggly Wiggly and Kraken Roger collided approaching the first turn checking Jiggly Wiggly. Crackerjack Mick eased approaching the first turn and lost ground. Yohan, Carson County and Our Flying Kenny collided on the first turn checking Carson County. Jiggly Wiggly and Carson County collided on the home turn.
Crackerjack Mick underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a spike wound to the right hind leg, a 14 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards spoke to trainer Mr N. Mason, regarding the greyhounds racing manners approaching the first turn. Acting under the provisions of GAR 69(B)(1), Crackerjack Mick was charged with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment (by reason of injury). Mr Mason reserved his plea, Crackerjack Mick was found guilty and must perform a Satisfactory Trial (all tracks) pursuant to GAR 69(B)(1)(a) before any future nomination will be accepted.
