Steward's Report
A pre-race sample was taken from Proven Snow.
Aston Xanadu, Rocky Two, Maximum Lara and Chilling Story collided soon after the start checking Rocky Two. Proven Snow and Chilling Story collided approaching the first turn checking Proven Snow which brushed the running rail as a result. Tat Barbie and Proven Snow on the first turn checking both greyhounds. Maximum Lara and Stylish Chief collided in the home straight and again approaching the winning post.
Proven Snow underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a right scapula injury. A 21 day stand down period was imposed.
A post-race sample was taken from Blazing Sword - the winner of the event.
