A pre-race sample was taken from Measured.
Lilly Lana was quick to begin. Measured, Self Assured and Furnace Bale were slow to begin.
Self Assured checked off the heels of Floppy Roo approaching the first turn. Measured crossed to the rail on the first turn, checking Absolute Pin. Furnace Bale galloped on the heels of Edaline Bale approaching the home turn. Floppy Roo and Edaline Bale collided approaching the home turn. Floppy Roo, Edaline Bale and Furnace Bale collided on the home turn resulting in Floppy Roo, Edaline Bale and Furnace Bale to race wide.
