Mighty Marvin and Fernando Bluey collided approaching the first turn. Broken Drum, Mighty Marvin and Fernando Bluey collided on the first turn. Rilynn Bale and Typhoon Tessie collided approaching the home turn. Wrangle and Typhoon Tessie collided in the home straight.
Typhoon Tessie underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have thumps and a left hindleg calf injuries. A seven day stand down period was imposed.
