Steward's Report
Unwanted Lady, Speedy Amira and Jar Man collided soon after the start. Unwanted Lady and Speedy Amira collided approaching the first. Short Note and Graphic Print collided on the first turn. Optimus Steel and Three Toots collided approaching the home turn. Speedy Amira faltered approaching the home turn and collided with Jar Man. Optimus Steel crossed to the rail in the home straight and collided with Short Note.
Speedy Amira underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a right back muscle injury. A 60 day stand down period was imposed.
A post-race sample was taken from Jar Man - the winner of the event.
