Steward's Report
A pre-race sample was taken from Aston Sofia.
Florentine Bale and Especial Envy collided approaching the first turn. Dayana Bale, Especial Envy, Florentine Bale and Who Cry Now collided on the first turn checking Dayana Bale and Zipping Hunter. Fable and Aston Sofia collided on the first turn. Zipping Hunter and Line Seeker collided approaching the home turn checking both greyhounds. Especial Envy faltered approaching the winning post.
Especial Envy underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have injuries to the left sesamoid area, an abrasion to the left stopper and and abrasion to the right front radius area. A 14 day stand down period was imposed.
