Kraken Lightning was quick to begin. Last Hurrah and Dyna Smokey were slow to begin.
Mepunga Pegasus and Black Signature collided soon after the start and again approaching the first turn. Go Seek Heidi checked off Dyna Smokey entering the back straight causing Go Seek Heidi to collide with Mepunga Pegasus checking Go Seek Heidi, Mepunga Pegasus and Black Signature as a result. Western Envoy and Kraken Lightning collided on the third turn severely checking Western Envoy. Black Signature and Go Seek Heidi collided on the third turn checking Black Signature. Western Envoy and Eight Ball collided on the home turn checking Eight Ball.
