Steward's Report
Bring The Spring - Late scratching at 9.44am due to weight variation (GAR 39). A 10 day stand down period was imposed. Trainer Mr J. Hetherton was fined $100.
Western Bomber was vetted at the starting boxes prior to the running of the event after the greyhound showed signs of lameness. Western Bomber was subsequently scratched at 12.19pm on the advice of the On-Track Veterinarian (GAR 37) due to lameness to the left foreleg. A 3 day stand down period was imposed.
Due to the late scratching of Western Bomber this event was delayed by approximately 6 minutes.
Sense was slow to begin.
Fly By Them checked off Rhino Rex at the 200m mark. All Inn Tyler, Solar Charge and Fly By Them collided approaching the winning post.
