Gotham Princess underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a minor abraision to the right toe, no stand down period was imposed. Stewards spoke to Mrs M Lithgow, the trainer of Gotham Princess regarding the greyhounds racing manners soon after the start. Acting under the provisions of GAR 69(1) Gotham Princess was charged with marring. Mrs M Lithgow pleaded guilty to the charge, Gotham Princess is suspended for 28 days at Geelong and must perform a Satisfactory Trial (all tracks), pursuant to GAR 69(2)(a) before any future nomination will be accepted.
